Ingredients for mint(Pudina) Chicken with Mango Sauce Recipe
- fresh mint leaves 1/4 cups
- boneless chicken 1½ inch pieces cut into 250 grams
- mango puree 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon +1 pinch
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves 5-6
- Ginger 1 inch
- Green chili powder cut off 1-2
- Fresh Green Coriander 1/4 leaves
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Curd or Yogurt 2-3 tablespoons
- The grated black pepper flavor
- Veg Oil for grilling
Mint chicken precipe-How to make Pudina Chicken with Mango Sauce by Chef Ravikant
Put the pieces of chicken in a bowl, add salt, lemon juice, a small spoonful of red chili powder and two tablespoons of butter and mix well and keep aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
Grind garlic buds, ginger and green chilies together. Then add green coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a little water and also grind it into a smooth paste.
Now add pistachio paste, coriander powder, half a teaspoon cumin powder, garam masala powder, and yogurt into a marinated chicken and mix it well and let them marinate for thirty minutes.

In a large bowl, add the mango puree, add the remaining red chili powder, the remaining Zira (cumin)powder, salt, and grated black pepper and mix well.

Place a steel bowl in the middle of this mixture, place a piece of coal burning in it. Put the remaining butter on the coil and cover the bowl immediately and leave it like this for five minutes.
Heat some oil in a nonstick grill pan and you can also use fry pan. Grind chicken pieces into it and grill until they are cooked completely. Serve with mango sauce.
