  • Mutton – 1/2 kg
  • Aniseed Powder- 1 Tablespoon
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Clove Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder – 1 spoon
  • Kashmiri Lal Chini – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ratanjot (Alkanet)- 2 small sticks
  • Curd – 1 cup tossed
  • Cinnamon – 2-inch piece
  • Whole clove 5
  • Cardamom – 3
  • Asafoetida – a pinch
  • Fennel 1 teaspoon
  • Paper corn – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri Lal Chini – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Powder- 1 Tablespoon

How To Make Marinate Mutton For KASHMIRI ROGAN JOSH recipe,

  • Take a bowl and put half a kilo of mutton pieces in it.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon of Aniseed Powder.
