  • 2 cup oats (rolled or quick cook)
  • 1 cup urad dal flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour (or 1/2 rice flour+ 1/2 wheat flour or semolina)
  • Half cup – buttermilk
  • 2 green chili small, chopped(substitute with crushed pepper for kids)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsps onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger crushed or minced
  • 1 chopped spring curry leaves 
  • coriander leaves few, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cups water
  • oil or butter as needed
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Salt-by taste

For The Potato Masala

  • 2 cups potatoes boiled, cubed
  • oil as needed
  • 1/4to1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/ tsp cumin/jeera
  • 3/4to 1 cup onions chopped or sliced
  • 3/4 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 spring curry leave chopped
  • 1 tsp of chana dal
  • 2 green chilies chopped or sliced
  • coriander leaves few
  • 2 pinches turmeric
  • 1 pinch heeng
  • salt as per required

Stuffing materials for the Oats Masala Dosa:

 

  • 4 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/4 cup peas 
  • Slightly green coriander (chopped)
  • 4 green chilies (chopped)
  •  Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 -1/4 tsp mustard
  • Turmeric powder and red chili powder
  • Bit quantity
  • Dosa

 
How To stuffing For Oats Masala Dosa:

Heat oil in a pan and rub with mustard seeds and cardamom. Add ginger paste and fry it. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and green peas and cook until peas are soft. When the peas are soft, add all the remaining ingredients. Fry for 2-3 minutes and fry for making dosa.

How To Make Oats Masala Dosa:

Soak the oats in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Put salt and fruit salt in it and then knead it. Smoothen the nonstick pan with oil and water. Spread 1 tablespoon past of Oats Masala Dosa spread and keep stuffing till it becomes crisp on low flame. Fold the dosa from the flame and flush it off.
